Method

Knead wheat soy flour into a smooth dough. For filling, mix mashed tofu, finely chopped green chilies, onion and coriander leaves. Add salt and garam masala. Stuff and fry in soy refined oil. Serve hot with seasoned curd and pickles.

Tofu (Soy Paneer) 250gms
Onin 60gms
Green Chillies 10gms
Garam Masala 10gms
Coriander Leaves 10gms
Salt to Taste  
Soy Refined Oil 60gms
